In the post-Covid era
Cavaliere then describes a situation from some time ago, when the constraints on transferring from one region to another were a bit tighter. Things have certainly improved, the Federation in the post-Covid era it has moved, but reality often still does not coincide with the "theory".
This year, too, the CPS had contacted a young man from Lazio. However, the Lazio regional committee refused to grant the boy permission. The idea was to have him change residence and register him in Campania, but at that point the young rider said no.
"The situation isn't very clear. It varies from committee to committee. For example, in the Marche region, passage is free, but not in Lazio," Cavaliere specifies.
