Enzo Vicennati

Proudly born in Ascoli Piceno in 1968, a certified scout leader, I live just outside Rome with my wife Monica and my children Massimo and Sara. From the age of 11, the bicycle became the place for deep thoughts and the most important decisions. I've been working in cycling since 1992, when, more out of a dare than conviction, I began my career in journalism on the pages of Bicisport. A professional since 1996, I've covered two Olympics and, from champion to champion starting with Marco Pantani, my seasons have been spent between the Classics and the Giro, the Tour, the Vuelta, and the World Championships. I've always followed youth cycling and cultivated a love of writing and photography. Then, when I felt the need to make a bigger impact, I embarked on the new path of bici.PRO. A challenge, a new challenge, but this time with the conviction that I can achieve great things.
