The financial company Italmobiliare has completed the acquisition of 100% of the capital of SidiSidi Sport, which is based in Maser (Treviso), in the heart of the industrial district of sports footwear from Montebelluna, employs over 250 people and distributes its products in over sixty countries around the world. The company, created by Dino Signori in 1960 and which in 2021 recorded 38 million euros in revenues and 7 million in EBITDA, was acquired by Italmobiliare on the basis of an “enterprise value” of 66 million Euro, to which are added 20 million of net cash held by the Company. The overall consideration of approximately 86 million resulted in a net outlay by Italmobiliare of 53,5 million, while the remaining approximately 32,5 million comes from a loan granted by Banco BPM.

And Davide Rossetti, a manager with over 25 years of experience in the world of “sporting goods” in multinational excellences in Italy and abroad, both at the “wholesale” and “retail” levels, has been appointed as Sidi's new CEO. including Safilo Group (sport division), 55DSL by Diesel, Cisalfa Sport, Alpinestars and most recently Northwave, a company producing technical sports footwear for bikes and snowboards, which he led as general manager and developed the business.
