The Tudor Pro Cycling team has entered into a new and prestigious collaboration with Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, the reality that is transforming the Swiss locality in an excellent Alpine destination, active 365 days a year. Nestled between eight iconic mountain passes, Andermatt today represents one of the most sought-after destinations for road cycling and will become the new training base for the athletes of the team founded by Fabian Cancellara.

This synergy is born from shared values: passion for sport, dedication to quality, and a deep pride in Swiss identity. The announcement of the partnership was celebrated with an exclusive event in Andermatt, in the presence of two legends of Swiss sport: Fabian Cancellara, founder of the Tudor team, and Bernhard Russi, Olympic champion and ambassador of the Alpine resort.

A dream territory

Andermatt is located in a strategic position for cycling enthusiasts: From the small village it is possible to reach eight of the most famous mountain passes in the Swiss Alps, including Furka, Susten, Nufenen, Grimsel, Klausen, Lukmanier, Oberalp and the timeless Gotthard, a recurring protagonist of the Tour de SuisseMany of these routes can be tackled in a loop, making Andermatt an ideal starting point for cyclists of all levels, with ideal temperatures from May to October.

The new collaboration will allow athletes to Tudor Pro Cycling to train in one of the most fascinating settings in Europe, while benefiting from the high quality of local hospitality. The team, today composed of 47 riders, including the U23 team, (including 15 Swiss), competes at the highest levels in both road cycling and gravel, and in 2025 will tackle the Tour de France for the first time.

Andermatt is not only a premier Alpine resort, but is also closely linked to the history and vision of Fabian Cancellara. Since 2021, Andermatt Swiss Alps AG has been the official sponsor of Chasing Cancellara, the format that brings cycling enthusiasts on a ride along Switzerland's most famous trails. One of the most anticipated events of 2025 will be the Zurich–Andermatt route, scheduled for August 16: 194 km of pure challenge through breathtaking landscapes.

In addition to Chasing Cancellara, the town hosts the annual Alpenbrevet, one of Europe's most popular cycling marathons, with several route options: the most challenging climbs over 6.800 meters in altitude and an allure that attracts hundreds of enthusiasts from all over the world.
