This is news from just a few days ago. SRAM has announced that starting January 1st it will expand and strengthen its commercial presence on the Italian market., and will do so by introducing a new distributor (Accell SEU Italia, which will work alongside Beltrami TSA), but also by inaugurating, in very close collaboration with Beltrami itself, a new technical assistance centre SRAM Technical Support (STS).
The Reggio Emilia-based sales company will therefore be the one to make the new SRAM Technical Support (STS) centre operational at its Reggio Emilia headquarters starting in January: a real technical "hub" "in the hands" of highly qualified personnel able to fully support the extensive network of all official Italian retailers with regards to repairs, warranty requests and technical advice on SRAM, RockShox, Zipp, Time and Quarq products. The new SRAM technical assistance center will therefore be created in partnership between SRAM and Beltrami TSA, and will be added to the already widespread Technical Support (STS) network active in Europe.

A new challenge
This new assistance centre – of which we are previewing some renderings, both of the workshop area and the office area – will become a real point of reference for all bicycle retailers and manufacturers regarding the crucial issue of technical assistance on all SRAM products.
"What we are about to inaugurate," Graziano Beltrami told bici.PRO, "is a milestone of considerable importance for all of us. Better yet, this is a new starting point for Beltrami TSA: a step towards new, even more significant and ambitious challenges. We would like to thank all the retailers who have placed their trust in us over the past few years, both in terms of sales and the delicate aspect of technical support: They are the ones who allowed us to reach this very important goal».

«We are thrilled to increase our support to Italian dealers through this new opening in collaboration with Beltrami TSA – said Mark Van Gemert, Director of SRAM Technical Services in Europe – and We are even happier if we think that our goal is to improve the experience of end customers and dealers, while at the same time strengthening technical assistance and spare parts availability in one of the key markets in Europe.
«The one in Reggio Emilia will be our seventh technical support center in Europe, adding to those already operating in Germany, Benelux, France, Spain, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom. With these investments, SRAM intends to better meet the needs of Italian customers by improving service across all its channels. End consumers, including those who own RockShox, Zipp, Truvativ, Time, and Quarq products, will not be impacted by this transition and will continue to be served by their respective dealers.
