Born from the passion for cycling of a group of fellow MBA (Master in Business Administration) students, an international general management program at Cuoa Business School, Bikeen aims to promote, facilitate, and grow the use of bicycles and the related market.
A project for everyone
Bikeen is a digital and entirely Italian entrepreneurial project (sponsored by ACSI ciclismo and CIAB) that it is aimed at both private individuals and shopkeepers, designed for the sale of used bikes, zero-km bikes as well as for rental.
The starting idea was to be able to give the right value to bicycles Used cars, especially high-end ones, depreciate significantly from their initial value within a few years of purchase. This is a problem that affects not only private individuals but also retailers.

Bikeen aims to provide a concrete response to these problems connecting private individuals and shopkeepers, presenting itself as a large platform for the sale of used bicycles through an automatic system that uses existing digital communication channels.
Benefits for retailers
By registering on Bikeeen, each shopkeeper will be able to have their own “digital showcase” where you can display and sell your existing bicycles or promote your rental service. The platform will also provide retailers with a series of additional services regarding transportation, insurance and much more.
Opportunities for private individuals
The end user will in turn have the possibility to choose the bike of their dreams through a series of filters related to the brand, model and desired components. Thanks to Bikeen it will also be possible for them sell your used items or find where to have your bicycle serviced. For those who wish, there will also be the opportunity to try the new rental experience.
Importantly, the negotiation between the private individual and the dealer will be direct and will not require the intervention of any intermediary.
Promote the use of bicycles
Bikeen wants more in general promote the use of the bicycle as an alternative means of transport to the car and environmentally friendly. With this green aim, Bikeen also looks at rental points and bicycle assistance for the benefit of cycle tourists, while promoting the use of bicycles on nature trails and in cities of art.
