Effective today, Monday, September 1st, Roman Arnold will take over as Executive Chairman of Canyon, the company he founded in 2002. Arnold replaces Nicolas De Ros Wallace who has held the position for the past three and a half years achieving results of absolute importance.
In his new role, Arnold will focus on the company's long-term vision and future strategy. It will be a bridge between Canyon's history of innovation and performance and its future growth., ensuring the company remains deeply connected to its founding values: creating best-in-class bicycles that inspire cyclists, connect communities and support professional athletes at the highest levels.

In assuming his new role as Executive Chairman, Roman Arnold emphasized the importance of “passion” as a central element of Canyon’s past and future.

As mentioned, Roman Arnold replaces Nicolas De Ros Wallace as Executive Chairman, who has led Canyon through a period of growth and transformation over the past three and a half years. Under his leadership, revenues doubled to nearly €800 million. De Ros Wallace has strengthened the Canyon brand's position in the global cycling market, expanded its organizational capabilities, and cemented the company's reputation for innovation, performance, and excellence in its direct-to-consumer model. The Canyon Board of Directors expressed its gratitude to Nicolas De Ros Wallace for his dedication and leadership during his tenure.

Saturday 6th September at 18pm the stand Canyon will host an exclusive Meet & Greet with Alejandro ValverdeCycling legend, current coach of the Spanish national pro team, and brand ambassador. The 2018 Road World Champion, winner of the Vuelta, four Liège-Bastogne-Liège races, and five Flèche Wallonne titles, Valverde is considered one of the most complete and enduring athletes in cycling history.
