Exept's CrowdFundMe, a real success.

In an interview with us in mid-July, Alessio Rebagliati, CEO and Founder of Exept, he had told us about a series of initiatives implemented by his company to consolidate its growth and simultaneously foster its development. Among these, we were particularly struck by the crowdfunding project implemented to raise funds among potential investors invited to become an active part of Exept.

To learn more about this particular crowdfunding initiative, last July 19th we had the privilege of participating in a webinar promoted by Exept itself to present its reality and projects for the futureThe "virtual" meeting was hosted by Uberto Thun, President of Exept, and Alessio Rebagliati himself. 

The first step was to analyze the context in which Exept operates today. The menstrual cycle market: a rapidly growing sector, within which the company has identified a clearly defined target market. New projects

The capital raised will be partially invested in the development of new products for currently rapidly growing markets, such as gravel. Exept recently unveiled its new e-gravel model: the Ponente, an e-bike capable of offering maximum performance and fun on any type of terrain.

The other part will be used to complete investments in the commercial area with the declared objective of developing a multi-channel digital sales strategy (B2B – B2C – B2B2C). A strategy that It includes the inauguration of a network of physical stores, interconnected through a showroom in virtual reality accessible through a headset. This way, customers can connect with Exept staff, albeit remotely, breaking down the limitations of proximity.

The creation of a bike configurator integrated with the Exept e-commerce site is also planned.Through digitalization, the shopping experience will become omnichannel, placing the customer at the center of an increasingly personalized, immersive experience.

The new factory

The most ambitious and innovative project the Exept staff is already working on is the creation of a production facility in Italy capable of producing carbon frames and components.

The new company will make its know-how and production capacity available to other brands who wish to offer their customers a custom-made monocoque frame completely Made in Italy. 

Thanks to the skills acquired and the joint venture with qualified production partners, Exept today aims to establish itself as the only true reality capable of satisfying market demands. in the production of custom monocoque frames and carbon fiber components.
