There is just a month left, give or take a day, until the long-awaited first edition of the Dorelan ReActive Cycling: the granfondo scheduled for Peschiera del Garda (Brescia) in the days of October 2nd and 3rd. A first edition for Dorelan, which wanted to "personalize" this event with its own name, but not a first edition (it will be the sixth) for the race that in previous years had already been held along the splendid Venetian shore of Italy's largest lake.
An important visibility
Dorelan wants to amplify and consolidate its communications and marketing efforts in the cycling world. For this reason, he wanted to name the event after his line of mattresses and pillows specifically designed to optimize sleep, and consequently recovery, for athletes.
Knowing the potential of the area, along with the dedication and experience of the organizing committee, participants will experience a thrilling race along an extremely challenging route. It will traverse a land of great hospitality and a fine food and wine tradition. The unique route, 94,5 kilometers (1.246 meters of elevation gain), is entirely immersed in the Garda hills, with constant ups and downs through vineyards and olive groves, with the ever-present "mirror" of the lake. But the real “surprise” for participants will be halfway along the route, where they will climb the fearsome Muro del Garda: a 500-meter climb with a maximum gradient of 20%!

An interesting initiative was also organized by Dorelan in collaboration with Omar Di Felice, The well-known ultracyclist is also a Dorelan ReActive Ambassador. Two of the registered cyclists will have the opportunity to ride the granfondo with Di Felice.
The two lucky ones will be able to spend the day cycling with Omar, ask him for technical advice, and hear about his travels, such as the legendary crossing of Arctic Canada in 2018 where he pedalled for around 1.300 kilometres along the Arctic Highway, or perhaps of the enterprises that will come…
