The journey of Enervit, a pioneer in sports supplements and nutrition, is now told in an exclusive documentary entitled "Sport in the Story – The Enervit Story." A journey spanning seven decades, broadcast for the first time on Monday 10 March on Sky Sport Arena and also available “On Demand”.
The 56-minute film is not only the story of an Italian brand that went global, but also an in-depth look at how scientific research has transformed the approach to sports, taking it to ever more advanced levels. Through the voices of great athletes and champions of the past and present, the documentary retraces epic moments in sport and the achievements that have redefined human limits.
Exceptional protagonists tell the story of this evolution: Stefano Baldini, Davide Cassani, Miguel Indurain, Francesco Moser, Federico Pellegrino, Tadej Pogacar, Sara Simeoni, Jannik Sinner and Valentina Vezzali. Each of them has marked the history of their discipline, becoming a firsthand witness to how nutrition impacted their performance and the longevity of their sporting careers. In addition to the athletes, the documentary gives voice to those who made this revolution possible. Maurizia, Pino and Alberto Sorbini, children of Paolo Sorbini – founder of energy in 1954 – they tell how the company was born with the aim of supporting athletes through incessant scientific research.
