The official launch of the collaboration between Exept and Virgin Active Italy happened last March 7th. On this occasion, a Finale was exhibited at the Virgin Active Collection Milano CavourThis is the e-bike that Exept has designed, designed and tested on the home trails of Finale Ligure and which immediately achieved considerable success.
To tell us something more about this prestigious collaboration is Alessio Rebagliati, CEO and Founder of Exept, whom we met in Milan on the occasion of the first stage of what will be a real "road show" that will allow all members of the Virgin Active Italia clubs to see firsthand the jewels of the Finale Ligure company.
Alessio, how did this unique collaboration come about?
It all started from a mutual friendship with Luca Valotta, President and CEO of Virgin Active EuropeLuca bought one of our e-bikes, which allowed us to get to know each other. We immediately hit it off, so we thought we'd propose a collaboration.
What exactly does this partnership consist of?
You used the correct term. This is truly a partnership that aims to bring benefits to both parties.The strategy that has guided us at Exept since the brand's inception has always been well-defined. Our goal is not to enter stores. In fact, we want to enter the places frequented by athletes such as the Virgin Active clubs.This will allow us to meet new potential customers. At the same time, Virgin Active Italy will be able to offer its customers an additional service. For their members, we have reserved a 10% discount on the purchase of any Exept model. Every Thursday, Starting from 17.00pm, we will be available to club members where our e-bike or road models will be on display to offer them all the information about our products.
After the inaugural stage, where will it be possible to meet Exept?
We started at the Virgin Active Collection Milano Cavour, one of their most exclusive clubs. From March 7th, our Finale e-bike was on display there for two weeks. We are currently still in Milan at their club in Corso ComoWe're currently working on our tour schedule. The goal is to visit all the most exclusive Virgin Active clubs in Italy's main cities.
The new features from Exept don't stop here. The new website was launched a few days ago. It will soon be implemented with a new service that will allow you to make a real visit, albeit virtual, to the showroom in Finale LigureThis is also a way to get closer to the end user.
