FZ Import & Distribution Corp., exclusive distributor of the brands Alé and DMT in the USA and Canada, has announced a profound internal reorganization to strengthen its presence and grow with a more modern, dynamic and competitive strategy.

At the top of the new structure comes Alessia Piccolo, already CEO of Alé Cycling, who also takes over the leadership of FZ as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Alongside her, in the role of General Manager, is American Peter Kukula, a professional with over 25 years of experience in the world of international cycling.

Peter Kukula brings with him a long career in the industryHe has worked as a brand manager and sales director for some of the most well-known brands in technical cycling apparel, as well as for Shimano North American Holdings, where he managed sales for the Lazer Helmets brand. Since 2023, through his company PKSC Management Group, he has coordinated the American sales network for Time, Alé* and DmtHis market knowledge and the network of relationships he has developed over time represent a strategic resource for the group's expansion.
