At the beginning of the year Giant Italia inaugurated its own new headquarters in Nerviano, north of Milan. An extremely modern facility capable of responding to the growing demand for bicycles that has been affecting the Italian market for over a year. To best meet this demand and, at the same time, to address new and exciting future challenges, Giant's Italian branch is looking for new resources to join its team.
The three figures…
But what are these roles? They are an Insides Sales – Customer Service, a Mechanic and Logistics Coordinator, and a Receptionist. Let's look at them in detail.
Inside sales – customer serviceThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned client portfolio. They must be able to provide daily technical and commercial advice and support, with the primary objective of achieving the company's assigned sales targets.
Mechanic and logistics coordinatorThe candidate for this role must be able to manage warehouse logistics and the repair/maintenance/assembly of bicycles and accessories. Therefore, it is important that this candidate possess a natural ability to build relationships with authorized Giant and Liv dealers, with whom they will assess the issues and work with them to find the appropriate solution.
ReceptionistThe candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the front office, welcoming customers, organizing the company's calendar, and handling simple organizational and accounting functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong aptitude for managing and resolving diverse situations.
