The event taking place next Sunday at 10 a.m. will be the third edition of an event born in the midst of the pandemic, which has enjoyed considerable success since its debut. A highly technical leader
The official shirt was created with a limited edition Fragment design and presents itself as an extremely technical garment that all participants in the event promoted by Radio Deejay will have the opportunity to appreciate. It guarantees total comfort with an aerodynamic fit designed for long distances thanks to the 4-Ways stretch fabric, which adapts to the body's movements by stretching and contracting in four directions. Made from a high-quality polyester blend, the jersey is durable, stretchy, and water-repellent. The raw-cut sleeves follow the biceps for a better fit and optimal fabric-to-skin transition. Cycling in Puglia
The third edition of the Deejay 100 Virtual Race will take all participants on a virtual ride through Puglia, along a route linking Ostuni to Alberobello, the world-famous city of trulli. We will start from the town centre of Ostuni and take the SP17 towards Cisternino, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We will then continue towards Locorotondo, a town known as "the most beautiful balcony of the Murgia dei Trulli." The backdrop is an area characterised by small vineyards marked by dry stone walls, patches of Mediterranean forest and olive groves surrounding ancient farmhouses.
As anticipated, the finish line will be placed in Alberobello. Participants will have 100 minutes to complete the route, which will measure just under 33 km. for an elevation gain of just under 500 meters. To participate, you must have an interactive smart trainer and a Rouvy account, the virtual cycling platform where the event will take place. Pedalitaly will also allow you to participate with non-sensor-equipped trainers or as spectators, without trainers.
