The Spanish brand producing cycling clothing Gobik continues its growth and consolidation of its position on the Italian market. After the appointment of Andrea Scolastico as the brand's representative in our country, Gobik itself has recently defined two very important partnership agreements with two Gran Fondo events. Nothing less than the Nine Hills of Cesenatico, in addition to the circuit Specialized Gran Fondo Series.

The Queen of Gran Fondos
The Gran Fondo Internazionale Nove Colli, now in its 51st edition, has entrusted Gobik with the design and production of the official shirt: the “jersey” that all participants in the great Romagna event will receive inside their race pack.
This unisex, short-sleeved, extremely functional and versatile shirt stands out for its lightness. Three ECO-classified fabrics were used to make it., since the polyester used for manufacturing is recycled. The same fabrics have also been strategically positioned to obtain a final result that can meet the cyclist's multiple performance needs.
For the front and sides, an ultra-light and breathable fabric has been used to facilitate the dispersion of moisture. For land sleeves, a smooth laser-cut fabric was chosen, extremely soft, to improve comfort and aerodynamics. A more rigid linear mesh fabric has been used on the back to direct airflow and improve aerodynamics. At the waist the garment is finished with a silicone elastic, personalized with the event logo, produced by MARCAn Italian brand specializing in the creation of elastics, ribbons, and silicone-coated fabrics for the sportswear, fashion, and workwear sectors.
Available in two colors, on a white and black polyester base, this elastic is reinforced with a height of 35 mm and an increased quantity of silicone equal to 3 grams per centimeter, to give maximum stability to the shirt during performance, as demonstrated by several tests conducted in the field.
The inspiration of the Grand Tours
The big news in the 2022 calendar for amateur cycling is undoubtedly the launch of the Specialized Gran Fondo Series. A decidedly original and characterful challenge that brings together four already tested and extremely reliable events, namely the Gran Fondo Specialized Bra-Bra Fenix (held in Bra, Cuneo, on April 24), the Gran Fondo Ganten La Montblanc (Courmayeur, June 12), the Gran Fondo Sestriere Colle delle Finestre (Sestriere, June 26), and the Gran Fondo Tre Valli Varesine Eolo (Varese, October 2). And for this circuit, the official jersey, along with that of the classification leaders, is designed by Gobik!
In keeping with the spirit of the circuit, all challenge subscribers will contribute to the rankings dedicated to individual leaders. These rankings will be drawn up for both the Gran Fondo and Medio Fondo routes.: individual rankings for each category, based on scores awarded to athletes in relation to the overall order of arrival (from 1.000 to 500 points up to the 500th place) taking into account the time taken from the start until passing under the finish line…And the same classification leaders will be rewarded at the end of each race with the Gobik jerseys reserved for them.
It's worth noting that the color scheme for these jerseys was chosen with a clear intention of paying homage to two of the greatest icons of world cycling: the yellow jersey, reminiscent of the Tour de France, is worn by the leaders of the Gran Fondo distances, while the pink jersey, obviously a tribute to the Giro d'Italia, is worn by the leaders of the Medio Fondo.
