On February 20th, Colnago announced some exciting news that will surely please all lovers of the Cambiago brand... and especially all fans of Tadej Pogacar. The press release that Colnago itself sent to the industry media opened with these words: "Colnago is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with theUCI, thanks to which the models V4Rs (in the opening photo, ed.) and Y1Rs with rainbow livery, the same one that Tadej Pogacar, 2024 road world champion, will use during the 2025 season, will be put up for sale. "
As the press release explains, thanks to an agreement reached by Colnago with the International Cycling Union, It will soon be possible to purchase a V4Rs or a Y1Rs with the same rainbow livery present on the models used in the race by pogacar.

Let's discover each model starting from the V4Rs WC24. This is the bike with which the Slovenian ace won Il Lombardia for the third consecutive time last year..
The V4Rs WC24 is finished in white, with UCI rainbow stripes on the fork, top tube, and seat tube. What makes this color scheme special is the use of the vintage Colnago logo, with the world champion's stripes in the background. This new design will complement the color combinations already present in the range, that is, that UAE Team Emirates-XRG (SDM4), that one UAE Team ADQ (WT24), RVBO, RVWO, RVLM, RVBU.
The Y1Rs WC24 livery is similar to that of the V4Rs WC24. And' white with UCI rainbow stripes on the top tube and fork, and the characteristic vintage Colnago logo on the front. The color options available for this model, in addition to the rainbow livery, are the version UAE Team Emirates-XRG (SDM5) and the all-white version (YSWW).
We remind you that, just presented, the new Y1Rs WC24 has already won at theUAE Tour where Pogacar triumphed in the two uphill finishes of Jebel Jais and Jebel Hafeet.
