A new organization
To best address the challenges that the market imposes, Orbea has decided to change its organizational structure. Gonzalo García de Salazar, currently Global Sales Director, will assume the role of Sales Strategy DirectorIn his new role, he will be responsible for defining the strategic business operations the brand must ensure in the various market management areas.
These are his first words after being appointed to the new role: «Let's start a very exciting phase. In addition to continuing to advance our positions in various markets, we will further enrich our value proposition for both the cycling community and distribution, thus continuing to be a reference for society."
The role of Global Sales Director will now be filled by Nick Howe, currently US Country Manager. In his new role he will be responsible for leading the sales teams, aligning them with the defined strategies and becoming one of the leaders in building the Orbea of the future.
Finally, Cary Tatro, after his excellent work as Sales Representative for Southern California, has been appointed as the new US Country Manager.
