Out Of is a truly innovative start-up that has quickly made a name for itself in the world of winter sports. Recently decided to enter the world of cycling and to do so he chose an ambassador of absolute prestige like Paolo betti, two-time world champion, Olympic road gold medalist in Athens, as well as winner of several classics.

The passion of two brothers

Out Of was born from the passion of two brothers, Federico and Roberto Righi. At the time of the brand's creation, Federico had just graduated in Physics while Roberto was still an Industrial Design student.Their passion for skiing and their desire to create something innovative led them to create the Out Of brand. Today, the company has grown and the project involves physicists, engineers, designers, and developers who are, first and foremost, passionate athletes.

The idea of ​​founder Federico Righi, a physicist and winter sports enthusiast, was to use his skills to make hours on the ski slopes even more comfortable. Thus, by combining his two great passions, the award-winning Irid electronic lens was born. With a small integrated photovoltaic cell that powers a microchip and a special liquid crystal film, the lens is able to sense the surrounding brightness, instantly adapting to the slightest changes in light to always provide the best vision. All this happens in less than a second and without the need for a battery., as its operation depends on solar energy.

Two models for the Grillo

Paolo Bettini is currently using the Piuma and Rams models. The Piuma, as the name suggests, are extremely light. They weigh only 16.8 grams.They have polarized photochromic lenses that lighten and darken depending on the ambient light, eliminating annoying glare from the asphalt and cars.

The Rams model weighs 21.6 grams. It features Zeiss lenses for truly exceptional optical clarityThey feature an oleophobic and hydrophobic Ri-Pel treatment.

The lightness of both models is due to the carbon fiber-infused Grilamid construction. Each piece has a different percentage of fiber to achieve the perfect balance between weight and comfort.
