Work is nearing completion for the new, beautiful headquarters of the Physioradi Center: the multifunctional specialist outpatient clinic and rehabilitation centre based in Pesaro. And it is precisely in Pesaro that, between the end of August and the beginning of September, the facility Maurizio Radi will move to its new “home” in Via Lambro, in the Vismara district.

Record-breaking renovation
«The new centre – Maurizio Radi declared to bici.PRO – It will provide many additional services, especially those related to sports, and cycling in particular, which will remain a fundamental pillar of our business. In fact, we'll relaunch. We'll offer services beyond strictly healthcare. We're actually organizing ourselves to offer our patients comprehensive coverage."
The construction of the new Fisioradi Center has also set a very special record. Just think, the design phase began in early September 2020 (the architect supervising the work is Ferdinand Leoni), while the construction site for the actual "start" of the works started on March 15th. Well, In order to deliver the structure by July, up to 32 workers often worked simultaneously on the construction site!

The new Fisioradi Center will be built on the site of an old industrial warehouse. The offices are located on the upper floor of the main building. Diagnostics (X-rays, mammography, CT scans, MRIs, and bone mineral density scans) will be located on the lower floor.
The rear area occupied by the previous warehouse will house the clinics, while the therapeutic pools will be located in the new section. The new building has been completely renovated following the most up-to-date practices both in terms of seismic adaptation (the entire structure is separated into four sectors) that of energy efficiencyPhotovoltaic panels were installed on the roof and a significant thermal insulation was created around the structure.

Fisioradi: non-stop growth
Il Physiotherapy Center Outpatient Clinic was founded in 2001 in Pesaro thanks to the vision of Maurizio Radi (physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor, and kinesiologist). The goal was to provide a comprehensive center to relieve pain from anyone who entrusted themselves to his care, ensuring patients could return to their normal lives as quickly as possible.
The center quickly attracted basketball and cycling champions, as well as soccer, volleyball, and rugby professionals. Driven by the desire to create something significant, over the years, Radi decided to create an innovative center. Over the past 20 years, it has undergone constant growth and several renovations to always stay one step ahead.
Today, the medical specialists "in team" with Fisioradi Center are over forty, covering most branches and thus representing a true point of reference in the area with regards to people's health.
