The Italian bike brand Titici has officially presented a special bicycle, called F-DB02 x Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli, specially made for Max Siren, James Spithill e Francesco bruni: three prestigious representatives of the same sailing team now ready for the assault on the 36th America's Cup presented by Prada.
Only three specimens
This 100% “custom made” Titici super bike was produced entirely in Italy in just three unique examples, handcrafted and strictly custom-made for team director and skipper Max Sirena and helmsmen James Spithill and Francesco Bruni. The bicycles, embellished with the athletes' signatures on the frames, are already supporting the three sailors during their athletic preparation in Auckland, New Zealand, the venue for the event.
With the “Plate Absorber”

The Lombard brand and the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team have in fact chosen to auction off two of the three specimens of the F-DB02 x Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli model, and starting from Friday 22 January to Monday 22 February Collectors and enthusiasts from all over the world will be able to win James Spithill's or Francesco Bruni's bike through the platform CharityStarsThe proceeds of this operation will then be donated to the project “No Plastic in the Ocean” promoted by One Ocean Foundation, and every euro raised will contribute to the collection of 2 kg of plastic waste threatening the coasts of the Pacific Ocean. The waste itself will then be recovered and reintroduced into the production cycle, thus promoting the development of a local circular economy.
