Less than ten days have passed since the conclusion of the Challenge by La Vuelta and for La Passione it's still time to celebrateThanks to Annemiek Van Vleuten, a truly historic hat-trick has arrived. The Dutch champion has in fact managed to conquer in the same season Giro Donne, Tour Femmes e Women's cycling's TourThis is a truly incredible feat, a testament to what a great athlete Van Vleuten truly is. In all three of her successes, the Dutch champion was able to count on the technical support of La Passione which from this season is the technical partner of the Movistar Team male and female.

Absolute dominion

As had happened before at the Giro and subsequently at the Tour, it was the mountains that decreed Van Vleuten's absolute domination over her rivals. The second stage, starting and finishing in Colindres, was the deciding factor in La Vuelta from the very beginning. and with several climbs dotted along the route. On this occasion, Van Vleuten inflicted a 2'16" gap on our Longo Borghini, wearing the red jersey, symbol of the lead, and effectively securing the race. In the following stages the Dutchman was the protagonist of a textbook defence of the jersey, taking it all the way to Madrid and setting a new record in his already prestigious career.

Quality Passion

In first conquering and then defending the symbol of primacy, Van Vleuten was able to count on the technical quality of the garments designed by La Passione. The kit worn by Van Vleuten was completed by a short made with ultra-light fabric and a diversified construction that increased breathability and heat dispersion. The body is made with an even more breathable mesh, and the seat pad is characterised by the innovative HTS system, gave the Dutch champion a feeling of constant freshness.

Even though the women's Vuelta was bathed in sunshine, there were still plenty of opportunities to wear the Rain Jacket. Developed based on the needs of Movistar Team riders, the Rain Jacket is completely waterproof. The waterproof mono fabric, coupled with three light layers make it an essential product especially in a large GiroThe internal ventilation system, taped seams, and double collar ensure perfect water insulation. The longer back panel with reflective stripe, aerodynamic cut, and two-way coated zip complete the garment.
