In the running riders see and know, they see behaviors, they see character, they see many more things than we do, watching from the outside. Even though we now see the races in their entirety, but within the group the perspectives are very different. And so the other riders also know about this character. So they ask themselves certain questions. Then it depends on many things, especially performance, how the wheel turns. Of course the riders in the group probably saw that this guy sometimes does what he wants a little too much. Then there's no question about talent, but if you're young you have to understand, you have to evaluate, you have to improve and grow, I say that it definitely will.
How would Saronni the rider have experienced the experience of changing teams during a race, that is, being told by your team that you'll be leaving?
I never experienced this problem because in our time the rules were different, so a rider couldn't leave the team mid-year or during the season. UAE has so many riders, plus pogacar Ayuso was someone they could count on, so he was an added value for the team, if things had worked out. I think he'd benefit from a change of scenery, too, and finding new opportunities.
