One of the elements that make the Arva Elite particularly interesting is the choice of the new transmission Campagnolo Record 2×13 RoadRaymon is in fact among the first brands to bring the Vicenza-based company's new 13-speed platform to a complete bike, offering it in a 52/36T configuration, clearly oriented towards speed and performance.
The new Record 13 takes up much of the architecture of the Top of the range Super Record, sharing its operating logic, shift speed and technical setup. Some materials and some details related to weight have changed, but the behavior remains extremely close to that of the more exclusive version.
The real novelty is naturally the presence of the thirteenth sprocket. This solution allows for closer gearing and much more precise cadence management. The part relating to autonomy is also very well taken care of: The two batteries promise a range of up to 750 kilometers and can be recharged via USB-C. Completing the package are Campagnolo Record hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors, designed to ensure power and modulation even under the most demanding braking conditions.
