Campagnolo presents The Croce D'Aune collection: inspired by the name of the legendary Dolomite passThe name chosen for this series of clothing items is no coincidence. In fact, on the famous pass, in 1927, Tullio Campagnolo was inspired to create the world's first quick-release skewer. The reason? To gain a technical advantage over his opponents.
Two jackets
The first of the two is the Croce D'Aune jacket, a product designed to defeat the winter cold. This is possible thanks to the triple-layer thermal fabric structure, capable of insulating the body and withstanding any temperature. Campagnolo he also thought of adding a water-repellent treatment, to make this jacket perfect in any condition.
Three back pockets, reflective graphics and a long zip with a logoed cam-lock puller complete the design: the distinctive details have been carefully studied to ensure comfort and practicality.
The second jacket is the windproof one: a lightweight garment that guarantees high performance. Specially designed for mid-seasons and to be worn on long descentsThe seams on the armholes and shoulders are heat-taped to prevent air from penetrating inside. The fabric, in this case too, is triple-layered, except that the protective membrane, in addition to being water-repellent it is also windproof.
Three rear pockets with reflective piping and additional reflective graphics ensure optimal safety even in low light conditions.
Men's and women's shirts
The men's shirt is ultra-breathable and designed to regulate body temperature. It is made of stretch thermal fabric, with non-slip elastic on the outer hem to keep cold air out.The cuffs have a clean, snug fit to keep out drafts during your outings. Sewn using a high level of wool fiber, 52%, and for the remaining part polyamide was used to make them even more breathable and quick-dryingAnatomical reinforcements and flat, anti-friction seams protect against chafing, irritation, and blisters.
