It is born Drali Iridium, the fastest bike in the range that adopts a solution borrowed from the past, efficient, but which does not want to forget the racing tradition of the Milanese fashion house. Iridium is different from the Opal and can be considered the evolution of the model Amethyst.
Il Speed Taster head tube, the drawing exclusive Drali It's a nod to the first steel frames, for a frame that is entirely full carbon, but uses lugs. Let's take a closer look at Iridio.

Drali Iridio is aerodynamic and lightweight
Iridio is a project that enters the range with the aim of combine aerodynamics (the pipes adopt the Naca concept), reduced weight and a certain comfort which translates into control. Iridium's trademark is the sharp lines and design solutions who want to achieve a double result. The first is that of the technical functionality, because an aero bike cannot ignore the design, the second is that of the aesthetic impact. Drali Iridio combines modernity with a non-trivial elegance, thanks to a rounded and bulky steering which goes well with the horizontal and the oblique. And then there is the curved column with the insertion of the seat stays, almost like an embrace between the two sections of the bike.
Front and rear there is compatibility with covers up to 34mm cross-sectionThis solution allows the rear triangle to be shortened, making the structure rigid and the bike very responsive. And then there's a compact geometry with a shape from slightly marked slooping. The seatpost also stands out here, with its specific and dedicated shape, with reduced frontal impact. The seatpost offset is available at zero millimeters, or 25. The The locking block is fully integrated.
Overall the Drali Iridio adopts the HM carbon (high modulus) for construction with MRB external lamination. It has a declared weight of 890 grams in size 54, while the fork, all in carbon is declared to be 370 grams.

Asymmetry where needed
The bottom bracket shell is 85,5mm wide with modern T47 seats, it is rounded and oversized in shape, while the horizontal tubes of the rear axle are asymmetrical. The solution matches the fork blade designs, optimised to provide stability and steering precision.
The steering seats (upper and lower) are 1”1/2 and support the two standards ACR by FSA and DCR by Deda, an excellent solution that allows for the easy interfacing of one-piece and integrated handlebars. It should be emphasized that A carbon handlebar dedicated to the project has been planned for Iridio.

Some numbers
Thru axles are standard, measuring 142×12 and 100×12 millimeters for the rear and front respectively. There are six sizes available: 50 and 52, 54 and 56, 58 and 60. There are four color schemes, but there is the possibility of requesting a customized paint job. Drali Iridio starts from a base of 5.800 euros for the complete bike, but the sono is also available frame kit at a list price of 5.290 euros.
