Developed in the wind tunnel for maximum performance

Between Fréjus and Cambiano

At the base of everything: Don't compromise between elegance and performance. This is the mission that was entrusted to Ekoi engineers and Pininfarina designers. Both in Fréjus and Cambiano It took several months of research and development to achieve the desired result. Two leading companies worked in synergy to create an unprecedented helmet.

From the shape of the helmet from pronounced curves studied at length in the legendary Pininfarina wind tunnel, from the choice of very racing colours, to the incorporation of the latest innovations in safety, no detail has been left to chance for this a work of art halfway between science and sport.

Tour Debut

Responding to numerous objectives such as comfort, design, lightness, aerodynamics and safety, the Ekoi Aerodinamica helmet quickly caught the attention of professional riders who were able to test it during the development phase. On the occasion of the Tour de France, Aerodinamica is one of the most visible helmets. It is in fact worn by four teams in the group: Israel-Premier Tech, Lotto-Dstny, Arkéa-Samsic and Cofidis.

Giacomo Nizzolo and Caleb Ewan have already been able to benefit from this during the sprints by winning respectively to the Tro Bro Léon and the Van Merksteijn Fences Classic. This model completes an increasingly extensive range designed to support cyclists in all their needs. From aeration and lightness to pure speed.

Koroyd Technology

The Aerodinamica helmet was designed for allow the most explosive, fastest and quickest riders to gain precious watts in decisive moments. Sprints are, by definition, particularly stormy moments in which it is not possible to make mistakes. Ekoi helmet cleverly integrates four Koroyd technology inserts. This consists of a honeycomb structure of long, thin tubes heat-sealed together and composed of 95% air.

The walls of the tubes, among the thinnest in the world, are crushed in such a way adjust in case of impact by absorbing the kinetic energy of the impact on the front and side of the helmet. This property reduces damage to the skull while offering a real feeling of freshness thanks to air circulation and a feeling of lightness.

Aerodinamica will be available soon on the Ekoi website and at the best retailers with a price of 250 euro.
