Trails, adventures, unexplored destinations… FMoser with her Gravel she is ready to break every limit to head towards new horizons, off-road and beyond. The "2 in 1" bike we already have seen and tested in road version, now it has a makeover and is also going off-road.

All its features are preserved, starting from the reliable and high-performance engine signed FSA, up to the sinuous lines derived from careful studies and from prestigious advice from Francesco Moser. That's right, because the name that surrounds the carbon tubes is that of the "Trentino” Sheriff who also participated in the development phases of this gravel version. 

Muscular or electric

Its advantage, deriving from its incredible versatility, remains its ace in the hole even in the gravel version. In fact, the possibility of using the bike as a normal muscular or in e-bike version determines its essence. 

The real revolution that makes this FMoser an on-off hybrid is the muscular mode. Starting from this setup the rear wheel is removed. Si insert the battery into the “H” channel which facilitates the sliding of cables without impediments. The cables are connected in rubber, joining the connectors. Finally the wheel with the motor is inserted into the hub in place and connect the connector to the rear carriage which has a click to keep it in place. A system that overall provides a feeling of reliability and ergonomics during assembly.

FSA Propulsion

The soul of this bike is definitely the Dual Mode System.  The double wheel is in fact included in all the set-ups, allows you to go from muscular to assisted in less than two minutes. Another peculiarity of this project is the closed section down tube design, with battery extraction just above the bottom bracket. The sensations of riding a battery-free bike are in fact those of a traditional bike, without any regrets or lack of chassis. This is also allowed by the fantastic weight of 7,5 kilograms

Il engine is FSA HM1 Hub Motor with 42 Nm of torque. The battery by 250 Wh It is made up of twenty Samsung cells, the best on the market with these characteristics. The torque sensor is located inside the freewheel. This allows for linear assistance and, secondly, the assistance is balanced based on the force applied to the pedals. Reliability and durability In fact, they are also guaranteed by this technical choice. All this with an overall weight that remains under 4 kilos.

The frame, obviously made of carbon, has wide sections and profiles that expertly recall aerodynamicsA smart choice to hide the battery's bulk while also benefiting from aesthetics. 

The set-up is endurance, comfort is ensured even on long distancesA bike rigid and reactive ready to challenge the off-road of gravel in any condition with the possibility of interpreting it with or without engine. This is the result of geometries that foresee a more open steering angle and a larger wheelbase, combined with a compact wagon which does not sacrifice its reactivity.

The impression coincides with reality: the FMoser represents a bike with two different uses for the price of just oneThe gravel range is divided into two models. Gravel Force, with Sram bottom bracket, 40T chainring, Sram Force AXS 12 speed XPLR shifter, Sram Force eTap levers, Sram Force crankset and Sram XG 1271 XPLR 10-44T cassette. 

The second version is the Gravel Rival which differs only in the setup with the Sram Rival AXS 12 speed XPLR groupset.
