Van Rysel launches the limited edition of the RCR-F Pro, the aerodynamic bike developed in collaboration with Swiss Side, the latest addition to the Van Rysel family. The Inferno bike is one of the very first bikes to be officially offered with single-chainring transmission.

A Van Rysel with fire inside
From a technical point of view the RCR-F Pro Inferno is based on the RCR-F platform presented in spring 2025. It is a carbon monoblock that was created to be aerodynamically efficient, without compromises and half measures. The frame is built thanks to 517 carbon skins with specific orientationThere are important shapes and volumes of the tubes, there is an integrated full carbon handlebar developed specifically for this project (where the collaboration with the Italian Deda is included), but the real peculiarity is the transmission with single front chainring.
The transmission package is created on the basis of the Sram Red AXS 1×12, with a 50-tooth chainring and a 10/36 sprocket scale. The crankset is equipped with a Quarq power meter and the bottom bracket is Sram with ceramic balls. The wheel compartment is with Zipp 454 NSW, with Continental GP5000 TR (tubeless) tires with a 28 section. In the medium size the declared weight (without pedals) is 7,1 kilograms and the proposed list price is 8.499,99 euros. There are 5 sizes available, from XS to XL.
RCR-F Mips Inferno, the aero helmet
Borrowing the same concept as the bike described above, also adopting the same colour combination, Van Rysel also includes a helmet in its catalogue. Even in this case the technical basis is the same as the helmet already present in the price list and it is the Mips version. Despite its marked aerodynamic profile, RCR-F Inferno is particularly ventilated, thanks to the internal channels that maximize the flow of incoming air, distributing it over the entire surface of the head. The padding integrates Mips Air Node, which increases the helmet's sliding power in the event of an impact. The sizes available for RCR-F Inferno there are three (small, medium and large) and the list price is 119,99 euros.
