Swiss Side officially enters the category of super technical garments capable of improving and maximizing aerodynamic efficiency. The new collection includes a range of garments, for men and women, bibshorts, jerseys and bodysuits.
Having leapt to the top of professional cycling, Swiss Side is not synonymous exclusively with wheels (supplied to the Decathlon Team). First of all it is research and development And this also includes the category of technical garments. The Swiss company has its own line, and now we'll look at it in detail.

The Swiss Side Aero Ultimate bibshort
It's available for men and women, obviously with different cuts and ergonomics designed to best fit the (different) shapes of the body. Each bibshort is designed to be efficient and also long-lasting. Not only that, from a compression and cutting point of view, everything is optimized to provide support during the activity and do it in the right way. The caseback itself was produced and positioned taking into account the different needs of each gender, to offer a very high level of technical performance.
The thermoregulation factor has not been forgotten, starting from the quality and type of fabrics, up to the packaging. They are an example the braces, with back paneling and differentiated textures, as well as the bottom of the leg, where silicone inserts are reduced to a minimum. There are some micro holes for increased ventilation. The list price is 195 euros.

Aero Jersey Ultimate
Developed, designed and produced thanks to numerous wind tunnel testsFor Swiss Side it's the standard, we start from aerodynamics and move forward. Aero Ultimate is not a compromise, but at the same time we did not want to sacrifice comfort, which is necessary to put the rider at ease in the different phases of the race. The Swiss Side jersey is constructed using fabrics with various densities, positioned specifically. Each has a specific task. The sleeves adopt a ribbed texture, because the air needs to flow away, they contribute to keep the head stable.
There is a dense plot ahead and a long, easily accessible zip, all to ensure comfort and stability of the garment. The neck is low and the shoulders are covered by a fabric with an irregular weave and “cells”This part must accommodate the downward bending and present minimal resistance to the air. It is one of the parts of the body most exposed to space. Finally the back panel with the three pockets. There is an ultra-fine and lightweight mesh that does not hinder the transport of moisture produced during exercise to the outside. It does not flutter thanks to its elasticity. The price of the price list is 175 euros.

The Ultimate Aero Bodysuit
A gem, a technical garment that is more relevant than ever. Compared to a specific triathlon suit, if compared to a "traditional" suit, it has a modified cut which does not compromise comfort and uses fabrics to promote breathability. Seams are reduced to a minimum, as well as the thickness of the latter, a factor common to all the garments in the new collection. The cut, shape and overall ergonomics also take into account use on a standard bike. The new suit isn't just for time trials. This is an important aspect regarding its versatility and wide range of use.
The case back (the same one supplied with the bibshort) has one constant thickness of 10 millimeters, while adopting foams with different densities and equally different support. It is a garment that integrates a lot of technology and has a significant list price, 395 euros.
