“Ride like a pro”, pedal like a professional. Keep this slogan in mind, make it a mantra and everything you read will seem clearer to you. Dynamo Travel CampThree days of fun, but also of sport, experienced with the utmost professionalism. Professionalism not necessarily aimed at performance, but at living one's passion for sport properly. In a word, well-being.
Luca Spada, patron of Aeolus and the team of the same name, is a perfectionist in his activities. And from this way of being, combined with his passion for sport (trail running as well as cycling), he is born Dynamo, a brand whose flagship products include the production of extremely high-quality natural supplements.

Four in one
We took part in the zero edition of Dinamo Travel Camp. Three days as professionals. Meals, bike rides with a team in tow, massages, bike fittings, workshops...
Dinamo is made up of four large sectors: Dynamo Sport (the actual supplements), Dynamo Care (health and sports care related to well-being), Dynamo Equipment (the materials that can be tried or purchased) and Dynamo Travel (travel experiences). And Dinamo Travel Camp, in a certain way, encompasses all the other sectors, as we have done.
"Each of these things," explains Luca Spada, "already existed, like bike fitting or consulting a nutritionist. We wanted to bring them all together."

Dynamo Travel
To better understand what we're talking about, let's share our "diary" of the three days between Jesolo and Bassano del Grappa.
In the early afternoon of a Friday, having arrived at a comfortable sea-view hotel in Jesolo, after having taken possession of the rooms, We immediately went for the bike fitting. In order for the bike ride to be well done, we were advised to wear the uniform (Gobik, supplied by Dinamo) with which we would pedal in the following days.
A mechanic from Eolo-Kometa, complete with team motorhome, was waiting for us with the bikes Aurum Already mentioned. We had previously provided Dinamo with the measurements. The mechanic was more than accommodating! He indulged our "millimeter whims" such as the infinitesimal rotation of the handlebars or the position of the levers. But the most important measurements, saddle height and setback and the distance between the saddle tip and the handlebars, were fine.
Then a little relaxation. In our room, we planned the next day's route. There was an altimetry chart with the entire meal plan to follow. And, of course, the Dinamo supplements to take: before, during, and after training. Around 20 p.m., everyone had dinner, and then there was a meeting with Dinamo's nutritionist. Alessandro Bonetti.
To report that the menu for the entire weekend had been indicated by Bonetti himself to the hotel chef.

Two pro exits
The next morning, an 80-kilometer ride through the Jesolo plains. Good but steady pace. Return, lunch, massages (for those who wanted), then rest.
In the evening, more meetings. First with the Sponsorship Manager of Kask e Koo, Valentina Albani Rocchetti, who explained not only the products, but also the needs of the professionals, then Spada and Iván Basso, with technical stories and plenty of anecdotes.
On Sunday, we moved by minibus to Valdobbiadene, to face A hilly route. The mechanics and the team car were waiting for us in the square. Our bikes rested on long stands, and the amazed looks of the locals and other cyclists. We looked like pros!
Before leaving, we followed the integration table indicated on the "second stage" sheet. In fact, If at first eating everything we were told seemed excessive, during the trip the sensations were always good. And even afterward, we didn't feel any effects. In short, if you have to lose weight, you have to do it "at the table, not on the bike."
After the exit, a nice shower in a B&B and off to see the Veneto Classic in Bassano del Grappa. Experienced race from the Eolo-Kometa bus, with Basso explaining every detail of the bus itself, but also of the ride. Life with the pros is a plus of the Dinamo Travel Camps. Afterwards there was a break in ranks.

Four in one
«There was a desire on the part of the amateurs to live experiences like a pro. – Spada continues – And so we said: 'We have the nutritional part with Dinamo. We have the organization of a retreat thanks to the team, why not create a Camp?' We have a network of professionals like mechanics and nutritionists who can explain how to eat better... So we put it all together.'
«The idea is to schedule a series of events to repeat this Dinamo Travel Camp adventure. Next year we will go to the most beautiful places in Italy: a location in the mountains, one in the hills, one by the sea, one in Central Italy, where Throughout the season, every weekend there will be a two-and-a-half-day Camp. You can arrive with your own bike or test the team's, but the same goes for helmets, glasses and shoes.
«A mechanic, as you have seen, can give you advice on how to set up the bike. And Having the flagship in tow also makes you pedal more freely with your mind. You don't have to worry about getting a flat tire or being stranded if your bike breaks. Full assistance is provided along the pre-arranged route. The route will always be designed to be as scenic as possible.
«And then there are nutritional consultancy services, sports consultants, such as cycling centres, lactate testing, VO2Max testing, physiotherapists… everything needed to prevent injuries. My goal is always the same: to put myself in the hands of expert people to get better."

Mature amateur
Spada focuses heavily on quality. It's no coincidence He has “Made in Italy” tattooed on his right arm and is proud of it.
«I thought – says Spada – of what I call the mature amateur. The mature amateur is someone who has made sport and healthy eating a lifestyle. It's a person who works out two or three times a week and has passed "phase one." For example, someone who needs to lose weight. At a certain point, they look in the mirror and say, "I have to exercise."
"So he starts running. He buys a pair of shoes at the first store he comes across, but after a couple of sessions he returns to the couch feeling sore and defeated. Those who have a more rational approach, and understand that sport is good for you and that nutrition is really important, enter into a valid way of thinking: "Phase Two." And Dinamo Travel Camp could be ideal for this profile.
"We want to teach people how to eat, not just in sports, but in everyday life: that's the key. Both for performance and for feeling good, happy, and more productive at work."
